Network Setup
With my current setup as a cyber student in student accommodation, I had to isolate my devices from the network to give them their own ip addresses which would allow for file sharing between my devices. I have a router plugged into the wifi access point to receive an internet connection. From there, I have the router also connected to a 2.5GbE unmanaged network switch. From there, my switch connects the rest of my devices that use an ethernet connection, such as my server and pc.
